Claudinei Alves da Silva

Bacharel em Química e Mestre em Agroquímica pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV-MG), Doutor em Química Analítica pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Atua na área de Química Analítica, especialmente nos seguintes temas: Eletroforese Capilar; HPLC; controle de qualidade; desenvolvimento e validação de métodos para análise de fármacos e moléculas bioativas; prospecção de espécies vegetais do cerrado com potencial agente biológico.

Principais linhas de pesquisa:

1) Prospecção e validação de espécies vegetais do Cerrado com potencial agente biológico. A proposta é a verificação das atividades antioxidantes, fotoproteção, anti-helmíntica e antitumorais dos óleos essenciais, extratos e princípios ativos de espécies vegetais remanescentes do Cerrado.

2) Desenvolvimento e validação de metodologias para controle de qualidade e análise de fármacos e moléculas bioativas via HPLC.
